  1. I have used Open Rent for the first time and I have been incredibly impressed with the level of service received for the very small outlay. Within a couple of days I had 6 tenant applications and found a suitable tenant with others to spare. On top of the ease of placing the advert and dealing with the application process, I found I was kept informed every step of the way and given reminders to take action when I needed to. The additional information on Landlord check lists and my other obligations have also been useful as I am relatively new to being a landlord.
